OOBE: Also known as out of body expirience

Alright... Soo... The other night, I sorta had a dream, and it actually felt almost real. What happened in my dream, is actually disturbing. I was in, like a paralell world; that was exacly like ours. The next thing I knew... I cut a certain part of my body of... And hurt like hell... I told my dad to go to the hospital, to try and put it back (Which really isn't possible...), and than all I said was... I wanted this dream to end, and luckily it did... So... yeah and out of body expirience came to me. At least I think it did. Would this be condsidered an, out of body expirience dream?
